1. Do you only serve Edmonton?
I provide services not just in Edmonton but also in surrounding areas outside of the city. A fuel deposit is necessary for shoots outside of town. Feel free to reach out for more information.
2. How quickly can I expect the final footage?
You can anticipate receiving the edited images within 24-48 hours, while the edited videos will take around 48-72 hours, as video clips generally require more time for editing.
3. Do I have to be present during a property shoot?
Not necessarily. If your property has a key lock box or an entry code, you can provide it to me, and I will ensure that the property is locked and secured after the shoot is completed. Your codes will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

4. What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
I strive to establish long-lasting and positive relationships with all my clients, and as such, I do not impose a fee if you need to postpone or cancel the shoot, provided that you give a 12-hour notice to prevent unnecessary travel. should we need to reschedule or cancel after I have already arrived at the location, a fuel & time surcharge will be applied.
